With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Manuel Trevino brings a legacy of craftsmanship, leadership, and integrity to every project he touches. His journey began at the young age of 15, working for Taurino Flooring. For the next decade, Manuel immersed himself in the trade, learning the importance of precision, discipline, and hard work from the ground up.

At 25, Manuel took a pivotal step in his career by joining D. Vasquez Construction, where he specialized in custom woodwork. His natural talent and passion for detailed finishes quickly stood out. Over the next five years, he worked on some of the most prestigious homes in the Houston area, serving an elite clientele of socialites and high-profile homeowners. D Vasquez Construction work was featured in several industry-leading construction magazines, highlighting the artistry and craftsmanship that set their projects apart.

In 2009, Manuel joined Crestmark Construction Services, LLC, as a Superintendent. Over the next 13 years, he climbed the ranks to become Director of Construction by 2022. In this role, he managed a diverse portfolio of 25 to 30 active projects at a time, ranging from $100,000 renovations to large-scale valued between $2–4 million. Responsible for over 150 subcontractors, Manuel handled everything from budgeting, scheduling, and material procurement to client relations and quality control. His ability to keep complex projects on time and on budget earned him the trust of owners, regional construction leaders, and trade partners throughout the region.

Manuel is known not only for his technical expertise but for his character. He is steadfast in his faith, and his values are reflected in his approach to leadership, customer service, and community engagement. His reputation for honesty, excellence, and reliability has made him a respected figure in the industry.
